This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and cancellations for products and services provided by Traxshak ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Custom Acoustic Ceiling Installations

Due to the custom nature of our acoustic ceiling installations, which are specifically designed, manufactured, and installed for each client's unique space, we have the following policies:

Cancellation Before Manufacturing

If you wish to cancel your order after signing a contract but before we begin the manufacturing process:

• You may cancel within 7 days of contract signing for a full refund of any deposits paid, less a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellations between 8-14 days after contract signing will receive a 75% refund of deposits paid.
• Cancellations after 14 days but before manufacturing begins will receive a 50% refund of deposits paid.

Cancellation During Manufacturing

If you cancel your order after we have begun manufacturing your custom ceiling materials:

• A 50% cancellation fee of the total contract value will apply to cover materials, design work, and production costs already incurred.
• Any remaining balance after the cancellation fee will be refunded.

Cancellation After Manufacturing

If you cancel your order after manufacturing is complete but before installation:

• A 75% cancellation fee of the total contract value will apply.
• Any remaining balance after the cancellation fee will be refunded.

After Installation

Once installation is complete, all sales are final. However, we stand behind our products:

• All installations come with a 5-year warranty covering material defects and installation quality.
• If there are any issues with your ceiling that fall under our warranty, we will repair or replace the affected areas at no cost to you.

Material Samples

For material samples ordered through our website:

• Sample kits may be returned within 30 days in their original condition for a full refund, less shipping costs.
• The cost of sample kits will be credited toward any full installation order placed within 90 days of sample purchase.

Consultation Fees

For paid consultation services:

• Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted.
• If you need to reschedule a consultation, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a rescheduling fee.
• Consultation fees are credited toward your installation if you proceed with a project within 6 months of the consultation date.

Defective Products or Installations

If you believe your acoustic ceiling installation has defects in materials or workmanship:

• Contact us within 30 days of installation completion to report any concerns.
• We will schedule an inspection to assess the reported issues.
• If our inspection confirms defects covered by our warranty, we will repair or replace the affected areas at no cost to you.
• If the issues are due to factors not covered by our warranty (such as improper maintenance, physical damage caused by others, or unauthorized modifications), repair costs will be quoted separately.

How to Request a Return or Cancellation

To initiate a return or cancellation:

2. Provide your order number, name, and reason for the return or cancellation.
3. Our team will guide you through the next steps based on your specific situation.
4. All refunds will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Processing Time for Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

• Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days.
• Bank transfers may take 7-14 business days to process.
• Check refunds will be mailed within 14 business days.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
